Summary / Abstract :
|
On February 17, 1970, by order of Chinese Government, Kinhua News Agency made a declaration stating that China was forced to wage a counter-attack in response to the le Duan-Pham Van Dong clique. Executing the Soviet sheme, the clique has unceasingly created incidents which caused the destruction of villages and the loss of lives of the Chinese people. It has also killed and maltreated hundreds of thousands of oversea Chinese.
