Just before the international conference on humanitarian aid for Kampuchea (November 5, at UN headquarters), the running dog of the Le Duan Clique in Phnom Penh issued a statement on the opening of Mekong river for shipping International Humanitarian aids to Kampuchea but this statement is nothing but a crimianal manoeuvere.
