Say Sarin, C.I.A member hiding in factory T-4, confessed that before April 17, 1975 Taing Seng Leang, worker of textile factory T-4, was former worker of thread dyeing section at Sen Heng factory, and was indoctrinated by Ngao Vinh Try to join the CIA. After 1975, he worked in textile factory T-4 and took part in traitorous activities against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន សេអ៊ីអា បង្កប់កុ្នងរោងចក្រ ត-៤ បាន សារភាពថាមុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ តាំង សេងលាង កម្មករ តម្បាញ ត-៤ ជាកម្មករជ្រលក់អំបោះនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ស៊ិន ហេង និងបានចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈ ង៉ោ វិញទ្រី។ ដល់ក្រោយ ១៩៧៥ ធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤ និងបានរួមសកម្មភាព ក្បត់បដិវត្ដ។
