Say Sarin, CIA member hiding in factory T-4, admitted that Prum Chhin, worker of factory T-4, was Boss Seng Thai's close network. In 968, he went to study the electrical skill in Singapore and joined the C.I.A in 1973. His activity was to burn down 2 motors, to crack steam kiln, and to be responsible for killing cadres secretly.
ឈ្មោះ សយ សារិន ជាសេអ៊ីអាបង្កប់នៅរោងចក្រ ត-៤ បាន សារភាពថា ព្រំ ឈិន កម្មករ ត-៤ ជាមនុស្សជំនិតរបស់ថៅកែ សេង ថៃ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ ទៅរៀនបចេ្ចកទេសភើ្លងនៅប្រទេសសឹង្ហបូរី និងចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ សកម្មភាពធ្វើឱ្យឆេះម៉ូទ័ ២ ធ្លាយឡចំហាយ និងមានតួនាទីលបសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល។
