National congress. A national congress was convened in Kampuchea by the Supreme Military Commission of the Kampuchea Communist Party Central Committee on February 1 and 2. The congress was attended by 183 leading cadres in charge of gurrilla warfare in various regions and 230 cadres from varios departments.
