At the invitation of H.E Gen Kriangoak Chamanan, Prime Minister of Thailand, H.e Mr. Pham Van Dong, Prime Minister of the SRV, paid an offical visit to the Kingdom of Thailand from 6th to 10th September 1978. During the visit, H.e Mr. Pham Van Dong wa granted an audience by HM the kingpf Thailand at Thatsin Ratchaniwet Palace, Narathiwat Province.
