Summary / Abstract :

A delegation of the CPV Central Committee and the government Council led by Do Muoi, alternate member of Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee and Vice-Premier, has inspected the flood stricken provinces in the Mekong river-delta. The delagation helped the local Party Committees and administrations solve urgent problems concerning life, production and preparations for the recultivation of the inundated areas immediately [after] the flood recedes.
