Bangkok, April 26 (NYT)-Authoritative Thai military sources said yesterday that it was Thailand's policy to allow armed soldiers of the fallen Cambodian regime of former Premier Pol Pot to cross Thai territory to evade pursuit by Vietnamese troops and to re-enter Cambodia at the nearest possible point.
