The Cambodian Communist Party, which made itself visible to the outside world for the first time in September last year, celebrates the 18th anniversary of its feunding on Saturday [30th September]. The Cambodians greet the anniversary under on extremely difficult situation, including the border war with Vietnam, repeated internal coup attempts and this year's gravest flooding in cambodian history.
