Cambodian Deputy Premier Ieng Sary told a visiting Japanese group on 24th September that the Vietnamese army was deploying 13 divisions at or near the Cambodia-Vietnam border and that fierce fighting with the Vietnamese was continuing daily in Cambodian territory.
