A joint congress (Cambodian sanibat ruom) on the KPRC and KNUFNS central committee was held in Phnom Penh on 24th July at which leading cadre of all central ministries and departments, representatives of the armed forces and representatives of the state power from all province throghout the country evaluated the dry season victories and set out the urgent immediate tasks.
