The Pol Pot-Ieng Sary clique is being charged with the crime of genocide in Kampuchea before the people's Revolutionary Tribunal in Session in Phnom Penh. This legal action is based on the indictment presented today [15th August] of the people's Revolutionary Tribunal, from which we give extensive excerpts.
