On 23rd August, the delegation led by Heng Samrin laid a wreath war monument in Hanoi and visited Ho Chi Minh's house (VNA in English 0900 gmt 23 Aug 79). That afternoon, the delegation visited the 6/st missile battalion, a «here unit» of the Vietnam people's army.
