The radio broadcast a 70-minute transcribed report on the 5th June Session of Phnom Penh Municipal People's Revolutionary Court trying "a group of counter-revolutionaries belonging to the Sereika a band". First, in his capacity as chief justice, Keo Chanda said that the court had been established in accordance with Decree-Law Nol-DL dated 15th May 1980 and issued by the KPRC.
