La République populaire de Chine ne m'accorde pas son Soutien, le quel est toujours acquis au gouvernement Khmer Rouge. C'est le cri d'impatience de Norodom Sihanouk qui assiste, impuissant une fois de plus, aux drames du peuple Cambodgien livré aux "révolutionnaires" de Pol Pot ou bien aux nouveaux maitre du Kampuchea, totalement acquis à la " Cause hégémoniste" de Hanoi.
