Prince Sihanouk announced on 4th March that he is ready to drop some of his preconditions for seting up an anti-Vietnamese coalition. At this palace near Pyongyang-where he has been joined by In Tam, a former Premier of Cambodia, and Nhiek Thioulong, a former Defence Miniter-Sihanouk said he would stick to "two essential conditions", dropping a move that would have led to the vacating of Cambodian seat at the UN.
