Prince Norodom Sihanouk, former Kampuchean head of state now in exile in Pyongyang, Thursday [6th March] advocated on early holyding of a Kampuchean National conference of anti-Vietnam comatriots in Peking, if China agrees on the proposal. The prince also appealed for disarming all Kampucheans immdiatly after the Vietnamese armed forces pull out of Kampuchean territory.
