Au mois d'août, un avion transportant 35 tonnes de médicaments et de vivres atterrissait à Phnom Penh cette inifiative était due à treize organisations Fraçaises et étrangères(*), se présentant comme humanitaires et décdées à venir en aide au peuple Cambodgien, victime de famine depuis plusieurs mois. Jeudi, une conférence de presse de ces organisations avait pour but de redre compte de cette opération.
