When a planeload of relief supplies landed at Phnom Penh's Pochentong Airport early this month, a small squad of Cambodians unloaded its precious cargo under the watchful eye of Vietnamese soldiers. The work party included students from the country's recently reopened medical school, which has neither books nor library. The volunteers all worked silently and efficiently, even though none of them had eaten yet that day. "They will get thier meal in the evening," said a swiss official of the International Red Cross. "Its will consist only of rice."
