Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sokh Yan, secretary of battalion 234, division 290, and Lach Khorn aka Thun, working big unit, division 290, implicated Kim Sarakk, commissioner of company, battalion 234, division 290 in their confessions. Kim Sarakk was introduced to join the Free Khmer by Lach Khorn. On September 30, 1976 Sarakk took plan from Yin Sean, working in battalion 234, to strike the party; moreover, he and Lach Khorncorporate to spread out tracts in order to convince people living in cooperative to burn down Kapp Cheung Ko rice grange. After that, they accepted plan from Savoeun, deputy chief of division 290, tocarry out all kinds of traitorous activities. In 1976, Sarakk received plan from Choeun, working in battalion, division 290, to mobilize forces to flee to Vietnam, and to recruit Cambodian people living in Vietnam as soldiers so as to fight back the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ យ៉ន លេខាវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ និង ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយដាក់ឈ្មោះ គឹម សារាក់ ស្នងការអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ កងពល ២៩០ នេះ។ សារាក់ ចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាមការអប់រំរបស់ឡាច ឃន។ សារាក់ បានទទួលផែនការពី យិន ស៊ាន វរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ វាយបក្សថ្ងៃ៣០-០៩-១៩៧៦។ សារាក់ និង ឡាច ឃន បាន រួមគ្នាបោះត្រាក់បំផុសប្រជាជននៅសហករណ៍ឱ្យដុតជង្រុកស្រូវ កាប់ជើងគោ។ ក្រោយមកអ្នកទាំង ២ បានទទួលផែនការពី សាវឿន អនុកងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់គ្រប់រូបភាព។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ បានទទួលផែនការពី ជឿន វរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំងរត់ទៅយួន ប្រមូលខ្មែរនៅយួនឱ្យមកវាយបដិវត្ដវិញ។
