Prince Norodom Sihanouk, former head of state of Cambodia, repeated his call for convening of anew conference in Geneva for peaceful settlement of the Cambodian problem, during a brief stopover in Japan on his way from the USA to Peking on 13th February. He said that the conference would lead to the formation of afree, independent government throug free elections, adding that it was pitiful to see two government existing in his home country.
