Summary / Abstract :

The "Voice of Democratic Kampuchea" said (0400 gmt 26 February 1979) that the guerrilla movement had expended rapidly throughout the country and was gaining greater impetus and making good progress. They were looking for ways to smash the Vietnamese aggressor troops with initiative and ingenuity, helping the people to build roads and bridges and co-operating closely with the revolutionary army.
