The dry season has come early 10 Cambodia this year, and it has brought with it what could turn into a major new confrontation between Russia and China. The Vietnamese have launched their excepted attack on the anti-Vietnam resistance movement in western Cambodia, and the Chinese-backed Pol Pot forces may now intend to fight their guerrilla war largely by moving back and forth across the Thai border, having placed a lot of their civilians in poor Thailand first.
