Summary / Abstract :

Sources say apart from the Khmer Rouge, there are about 12 resistance group inside Kampuchea and that contacts between many of them are strengthening(see page 41). Son Sann Kampuchean Prime Minister in 1967-68 and one of the few former leader with proper third force credentials, feels it many take two years or more to weld together a unified organisation that could be help up as a viable alternative to the Hanoi-propped Heng Samrin regime.
