Sokh Nann, Worker of Factory T-4, confessed to the fact of Sarat, Working at Stung Meanchey Radio Station. In 1959, Sarat worked for the Ministry of Meteorology. In 1972, Sarat joined the RDF organization and the Democratic Party at Huy Kantul's house. Later on, Sarat contacted In Tam and Chann Kim. Before April 17, Sarat inspired factory workers and four-wheel worker to stage anti-communist protest.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាវ៉ាត នៅប៉ុស្ដិវិទ្យុស្ទឹងមានជ័យ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៩ ធ្វើការនៅ ក្រសួងឧត្ដុនិយម។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលអង្គការអ៊ែ-ដេ-អែហ្ស និងចូលគណៈបក្សប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅផ្ទះហ៊ុយ កន្ធុល។ ក្រោយមកសាវ៉ាត បានទៅទាក់ទងជាមួយអ៊ិន តាំ និងចាន់ គឹម។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា សាវ៉ាត បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសកម្មករ តាមរោងចក្រ និងកម្មកររ៉ឹម៉កឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
