United Nations, N.Y, Nov 15 (NYT)--The General Assembly demanded that Vietnam withdraw its troops from Cambodia. Although the resolution adopted was generally regarded as likely to have limited practical effect, UN official said it was the first time that the organization had censured Vietnam.
