Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4 in Phnom Penh, confessed that Chhay Bunthatt, working in train unit, joined the C.I.A in 1973; moreover, he convinced workers to revolt against the Communist and to join the C.I.A movement.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ ភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាព ថា ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ប៊ុនថាត់ ធ្វើការនៅរទេះភើ្លង បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ បានប្រមូលកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំង បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ និងប្រមូលកម្មករឱ្យចូលសេអ៊ីអា។
