Sokh Nann, worker of textile factory T-4, confessed that Pen Chea, working in cigarette factory mechanic, joined the C.I.A in 1974. Before April 17, 1975 Pen Chea took responsible for spying on Khmer Rouge members hiding in factory and cooperated with [the enemy soldiers]to fight back the revolutionary soldiers.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ប៉ែន ជា នៅរោងចក្របារី ខាងជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីន បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ និងមុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានតាមដាន ពួកខ្មែរ ក្រហមក្នុងរោងចក្រនិងរួមជាមួយទាហានទៅវាយខាងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ។
