Sokh Nann, member of textile factory T-4, admitted that before, Meas Phoeung, member of textile factory T-2, worked in Seng Thai textile factory. In January 1972, he joined the CIA in the night club, and was in the network of Lon Non, and Thai San's nephew. After that, he joined the Republic Society's Party and contacted RDF humanity organization. After the liberation, he worked in textile factory T-2, and was assigned by Sokh Nann to link his traitorous networks with others working in textile factory T-4. Moreover, Meas Phoeung incited workers to revolt against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សុខ ណាន់ នៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មាស ភឿង នៅតម្បាញ ត-២ ពីមុនធ្វើការនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ សេង ថៃ។ នៅខែ១-១៩៧២ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅណាយក្លឹប កុ្នងខ្សែក្មួយ ថៅកែ ថៃ សាន និង លន់ ណុន និងចូលគណៈបក្សសង្គម សាធារ- ណរដ្ឋ ហើយទាក់ទងនិងអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌អ៊ែ ដេ អ៊ែហ្វ។ ក្រោយ រំដោះមកធ្វើការនៅតម្បាញ ត-២ ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ទៅនិង រោងចក្រ ត-៤ តាមរយៈខ្លួន «សុខ ណាន់» បន្ទាប់មក មាស ភឿង បាន បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
