Aranyaprathet, Thailand, Dec 18 (WP)--Soviet Politics have flown many of the transport planes ferring Vietnamese troops to western Cambodia, according to two Vietnamese deserters. One of the men said that in July he saw 50 to 70 Soviet technicians working on aircraft at Siem Reap airport.
