Phnom Penh--Thousands of Kampucheans (Cambodians) are now criss-crossing their war-torn country, returning home from centres where they were concentrated by the ousted Pol Pot regime. The roads are filled with them. Although there is no public transport, people are carrying their meagre belongings in makeshift push-carts and in baskets on their hand.
