London: While millions of pounds' worth of aid supplies to Kampuchea are being gathered by international relief Agencies, there still remains some doubt as to when or how these suppliers can be distributed. The operation being prepared by the Red Cross and the United Nations Internatiopnal Children's Emergency Fund (Unicef) involves a relief effort costing about £50 million (US$ 11 millions). But impressive though it is, the operation has got to get off the ground. To date, only the more modest and privately-funded British charity group, Oxfam, has gone ahead with aid to the 4 million desperate Kampucheans.
