Sokh Moeun aka Mon, cadre of Platoon, Division 502, confessed that Phin, cadre of Company, Division 502, attended the meeting and received plots from Horn, cadre of Regiment, Division 502, to destroy lamps and electrical wire along the streets and to convince soldiers to be lazy in working. After that, Phin attended the meeting and received Sorn's plots to go ahead with destructive activities andto provoke problems with security guards to cause confusion within division. In December 1975, Phin attended the meeting and received Horn's plots to demolish airplanes at Pochentong.
