The Ministry of Information of Democratic Kampuchea wishes to make it clear to National and International public opinion that the Government of Democratic Kampuchea having Mr. Khieu Samphan, always remains in office and is leading the people of Kampuchea throughout the Country, the Naitonal Army and guerrillas units of Democratic Kampuchea in their struggle against the Vietnamese aggressors.
