Le ton coninue à monter entre Hanoi et Pékin. On s'accuse de part et d'autre de "provocations armées de plus en plus graves" le long de la frontière commune. La chine à d'autre part rejeté la proposition Vietnamienne renouvelée hier. D'une trêve militaire d'une semaine à l'occasion du nonvei an lunatre, le 15 février. Du coup Hanoi a rappelé le chef de sa délégation aux négociations de Pékin.
