Sokh Moeun aka Mon, soldier of Division 502, confessed that in November 1975, Sun, Chief of Group, Division 502, attended the meeting and received Sorn's plots to destroy airplanes' spare parts, to create an environment of stealing, and to incite problems with the guards in an effort to stir up trouble in the division.
