Summary / Abstract :

The fate of the Kmpuchean populations in the areas temporarily occupied by the Vietnamese enemy, further has been worsening because of the famine deliberately created by the Vietnamese aggressors. To avoid death by starvation created by the cocupiers, thousands of inhibitants flee everyday to the western frontier regions. Thousands of others come and ask for foods from the Red cross of Kampuchea to feed their families (P1).
