Summary / Abstract :

In its communiqué of October 13,1981, the Ministry of Health of Democratic Kampuchea underlined that , along with various manoeuvres to counter the attacks of the National Army and guerrillas or Democratic kampuchea, the Vietnamese aggressors will intensify the systemtic use of toxic chemical products and toxic gas during the 1981-1982 dry season (P1).
