Sophuong Bopha confessed that Sou Sarun aka Boy joined the CIA within the network of Phet Bun Lim and Hao Thouren in 1973. In May 1975, Boy had a link with his former network with others hiding in power plant 2. Boy conspired with Khieu Chhay and Soeun Sut to destroy a needle of steam kiln and a steam tap.
ឈ្មោះ សូភួង បុផា បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ូ សារុន ហៅ ប៊យ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ផេត ប៊ុនលឹមនិងហោ ធូរេន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ប៊យ បានមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញនៅអគ្គិសនីទី២។ ប៊យ បានចូលរួមសកម្មភាពជាមួយ ខៀវ ឆាយនិងសឿន ស៊ុត កំទេចម្ជុលនៅឡចំហាយលេខ១អស់១ កំទេចវ៉ានចំហាយអស់១។
