It is a matter of common knowledge that, since the begining of their aggression against and occupation of Kampuchea, the Hanoi authorities have looted and destyroyed almost all the antiquities, works of art and jewels of Kampuchea's National heritage, both at Phnom Penh and the Angkor monuments and in the pagodas and provincial towns of Kampuchea.
