Sophuong Bopha confessed that Un Khoeun joined the CIA through the network of Phet Bun Lim in 1973. After the liberation, Un Khoeun reconnected his old network with Phet Bun Lim and Tiv Kouset and himself. After the Angkar purged his superior, Khoeun had the links with Prakk Sarit, Um Son and Khieu Chhay.
ឈ្មោះ សូភួង បុបា្ផ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុន ឃឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ផេត ប៊ុនលឹមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយរំដោះ អ៊ុន ឃឿន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់វិញជាមួយ ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម, ហោ ធូរេន, ទីវ គូសិត និង ខ្លួន។ ពេលអង្គការដកមេចេញ ឃឿន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយប្រាក់ សារិត, អ៊ុម សុន, ខៀវ ឆាយ។
