Summary / Abstract :

The International meeting on humanitarian assistance and relief to the Kampuchea people attended by 50 Nations was held on Monday 26 and 27 in Geneva. The Soviet Union and Vietnam, two Countries directly involved in the matters discussed, were conspicuously absent. Many participants felt that this was regrettable and some were even indignant.
