En moins d'un an d'intervalle, le Vietnam vient de voir deux importants transfuges fuir à l'étranger. Le premier, M. Hoang Van Hoan member du bureau politique du P.C.V s'est réfugié à Pékin en juillet; le second, M. Truong Nhu Tang, ancient Ministre de la justic du G.R.P sud-Vietnamien, a trouvé asile en mars en France.
