Sok Nann, working at textile factory T-4, confessed that in November 1974, Hao Hin, joined the C.I.A in Meas Sam's network in RDF office and Tep Than's network in administrative director, the Ministry of Industry. After April 17, 1974 he linked with Ngy Try and Sok Nann's network in textile factory T-4.
ឈ្មោះ សុក ណាន់ នៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ហោ ហ៊ិន បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ១១-១៩៧៤ នៅកុ្នងខ្សែរបស់ មាស សំ នៅការិយាល័យ អ៊ែ ដេ អែហ្វ និងឈ្មោះ ទេព ថន នាយករដ្ឋបាលក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ងី ទ្រី និងខ្លួន នៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-៤។
