Our people are like swimmers drowing in the sea. When they see an oar stretched out to them they try to catch it. Before, the oar was [ resettlement in ] third Countries, now it is the Coalitin of Prince Sihanouk. Our people are still trying to catch those ours, but until now, nobody comes to pull us out and we are still in the sea.
