The Chinese Government is not against a political settlement. But the key to such a solution is that all foreign troops should withdraw from Afghanistan and Kampuchea. We must never accept the fait accompli resulting from Soviet and Vietnamese armed invasion.
រដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រទេសចិនមិនប្រឆាំងនិងការដោះស្រាយខាងគោលនយោបាយ។ ប៉ុន្ដែវាគឺជាចំណុចដែលសំខាន់គឺដោះស្រាយរឿងកងទ័ពបរទេស ឱ្យដកចេញ ពីប្រទេសអាហ្គានីស្ថាន និងកម្ពុជា។ យើងមិនដែល ទទួល ការយល់ព្រមនូវ អ្វីដែល សូវៀត និងវៀតណាមបានឈ្លានពាន។
