The group of non-aligned Countries has become, pardon the expression, a bit of a joke. Nearly 20 years after being founded by the triumvirate of National leaders Nehru, Wasser and Tito, a structure of 95 Countries has emerged that contains very little of the aspirations for political, economic and social independence on which it is supposed to be based.
