Compared with its neighbours, the final stages of the revolution in Laos passed off smoothly. There were no Americans plucked at the last minute from the roof of their embassy, as in Vietnam. No slaughter of old regime officials, as in Kampuchea.
ប្រៀបធៀបជាមួយនិងប្រទេសជិតខាង ដំណាក់កាលចុងក្រោយនៃបដិវត្ដន៍ ប្រទេសឡាវមានដំណើរយ៉ាងរលូត។ គ្មានជនជាតិ អាមេរិកកាំង ណាមួយបានដកនៅនាទីក្រោយដែលមកពីដំបូល នៃស្ថានទូត ដូចប្រទេស វៀតណាម។ គ្មានការសម្លាប់មន្ដ្រីនៃរបបចាស់ឡើយដូចជា នៅក្នុងកម្ពុជា។
