China has taken the lead in initiatives to realign the contending forces in Kampuchea. Prince Norodom Sihanouk announced last week he is willing to head a UNITED FRONT , including the former Khmer Rouge Prime Minister Khieu Samphan, against the Vietnamese occupiers of his Country - a starting reversal by a man who had expressed only hatred for his potential allies.
