Embarking on a new and bigger military adventure, the Vietnamese authorities are deliberately aggravating the situation along the Sino-Vietnamese border. Their troops keep shelling and attacking the Malipo area of Yunnan province and the Fakashan mountain area of Ningming Country in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
ផ្ដោតលើការធ្វើដំណើរផ្សងពេ្រងយោធាថ្មីមួយនិងធំជាងមុន, អាជ្ញាធរ វៀតណាមត្រូវបានចេតនាទម្ងន់ទោស ពីស្ថានភាពនៅតាម បណ្ដោយព្រំ ដែនចិន-វៀតណាម។ កងទ័ពយើងកំពុងបាញ់ផ្លោងចូលតំបន់ម៉ាលីពូ នៃខេត្ដយូណាន និងតំបន់ភ្នំហ្វាកាសាន នៃប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់ហ្គាងស៊ីសួង ស្វយ័ត។
